CAPITAL COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES, LLC, was formed by Bob and Ramona Hildebran in 2006. These two principals have an aggregate of over 40 years of commercial real estate brokerage and asset management services. Transactions and assignments have been completed for properties and portfolios located throughout the United States. The firm draws on their combined skills and the experiences derived from these years of assignments to provide the highest level of brokerage services.

The overarching goal of the firm is to provide clients with the quality brokerage services that include:

• Site selection and acquisition for both developers and users.
• Landlord representation, in particular on those projects where the firm has provided site selection and
acquisition brokerage services.
• Tenant representation.
• Representing the interests of real estate investors in both acquisition and dispositions.

Currently, Capital Commercial Properties provides brokerage services in those states where the firm is licensed, Idaho and Oregon.
